I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I paid three times for the service I wanted, yet I never received what I was looking for. To make matters worse, I even ended up paying an additional $18, thinking it would resolve the issue, but it did not.
The website itself is poorly designed, and it’s easy to mistakenly subscribe to something entirely different than what you intended. When I reached out to customer care, instead of helping, they tried to deceive me by pushing me to buy another package. It felt like a scam.
I strongly advise against using this service. The experience was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I was also very disappointed. Their quality was superb when I signeed up, then with a weeks everything fell apart. Terrible childish sound in music from my lyrics. A weeks earlier, it was outstanding and shockingly real sounding. It’s as if the AI went from high IQ, to low IQ. It seems they’re sending our order out through Suno. Suno absolutely sucks. Maybe someday, someone with take this potentially wonderful system seriously, and make it great once again. What a let down TopmediAI is.
